How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?
Notify us of the damaged or defective product immediately upon receipt within the time period provided. In line with our replacement policy you will be provided free replacement within next 24 hrs.
How do I cancel an order?
This is not possible. All our services and products are of digital nature and hence are provided to you immediately upon receipt of payment. We cannot thus accept any requests for cancellation or refund once you avail of the service and pay the application fee or pay for the digital publication material.
How long will it take to process my replacement request in case the digital material provided is damaged / defective?
Once you request the replacement of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to initiate a free replacement. You would however need to provide the exact issues with the digital file received by you. We are afraid we will not be in a position to entertain any requests for cancellation or refund. Only free replacement of the product would be made.
